Bought a silicone water pipe and not even an hour later, I had water in it, and realized it had a very tiny leak from the bottom. I called the store and Josh, who helped me pick it out, answered, told me to come back in and he’d be able to take care of me! When I got there he actually had found one in the back that was the exact same pipe, just different colors that I in fact loved better than the first one. Very good vibes, quick fix to a simple problem. Josh was great!
