After searching many head shops locally and in the Austin area and everywhere online for the best price on the water pipe my husband really wanted, I found THE BEST price here and many other accessories for him as well. On top of the best possible price, the extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful employee (Brandon) also gave us a military discount in appreciation of my husbands service. I will be driving back from Austin anytime we need additional accessories, pipes, etc. I would highly recommend this place and especially Brandon’s help to friends and family, as well as fellow yelpers;) The meticulous detail Brandon spent lots of time in the wrapping of our new pipe gives me comfort that they value the importance of their customers purchases and comforts me knowing that it’s safe and sound for our trip back home to Austin and then some!

Walked in set on a specific Piece after seeing it and trying it decided it wasn’t for me. But I was assisted by I think her name was Brie, in finding an amazing second option. Nice little head shop. Needed a cheap pipe that I didn’t need to worry if it got lost or broken and that’s what I got! 5.00 and I was in and out! Wish I had more time to browse maybe next visit!
Picked up myself some CBD Oil to try for sleeping and pain. They were very knowledgeable and informative. This place has many products.

Unlike other headshops, this establishment offers not just pieces and papers but the other half of the store is dedicated to clothing and jewelry that’s unique and stylish. The wide variety of accessories, equipment, and glass is abundant and well picked to be show cased. The staff was professional and immediately asked for IDs and assisted me (Thank you Jay) They have everything well stocked, organized, and clean. Prices are a bit high compared to most but you can’t find a vast selection like Retro does. I wish they had more locations. I love taking my time to look through the store to find hat pins, jackets, utensils, and original pieces. Step inside and you see the difference especially in employee knowledge and helpfulness. Most employees at headshops don’t care, slouch around like you’re a hassle to them, and don’t even try to be a salesman. I was happy to engage in a conversation with my cashier who also offered me a sample of incense. ~ Sophia Sobhani
